Ghanaian Reggae/Dancehall star, Livingstone Etse Satekla, popularly known as Stonebwoy, has claimed the coveted Artiste of the Year award at the 2024 3Music Awards.

The prestigious event took place on September 28, 2024, at the Palms Convention Centre in Accra, where Stonebwoy emerged victorious against fierce competition from top artistes, including King Promise, Sarkodie, Black Sherif, and Nacee.

In addition to winning the top honour, Stonebwoy also took home the Reggae/Dancehall Act of the Year award.

Another major winner of the night was Black Sherif, who bagged the Hiplife/Hip Hop Act of the Year and Performer of the Year awards.

Olivetheboy had an impressive evening as well, securing the EP of the Year and Breakthrough Act of the Year titles.

King Promise’s hit single, ‘Terminator,’ was celebrated as the Viral Song of the Year, while Sarkodie’s track “Otan” earned the HipHop Song of the Year award.

The Gospel Song of the Year award went to Nacee’s ‘Aseda,’ and Tyla’s ‘Water’ was honoured as the African Song of the Year.

The event showcased the depth of talent and diversity in the Ghanaian music industry, celebrating the incredible artistry and creativity of its performers.
