Popular Ghanaian prophet, Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Opambour Yiadom, also known as Prophet 1, has issued a stern warning to members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), cautioning that anyone who criticizes him negatively will face severe consequences.
In a viral video circulating on social media, Prophet 1 was seen angrily addressing his pastors, declaring that if any NPP member spoke ill of him, he would bring harm upon their entire family.
“Any NPP member who dares to speak against me, I will show them where power lies. If anyone stands on a platform to speak ill of me, I will curse them. Your body is insignificant before me, so if anyone wishes, they can speak foul about me and see what happens,” he warned.
He went on to claim that in 2016, through his prayers, God helped bring the NPP into power, and expressed frustration that some now question his spiritual legitimacy.
Prophet 1 also appealed to Jean Mensa, Chairperson of the Electoral Commission, urging her to ensure free and fair elections in December. He cautioned the EC to avoid rigging, emphasizing the importance of allowing every Ghanaian vote to count.
