Moesha Buduong opens up about stroke battle: “half of my body is paralyzed, but i trust God for healing

In a recent phone interview with nkonkonsa.com, shared on their Instagram account on September 24, 2024, popular social media personality Moesha Buduong revealed the severity of her health struggles following a debilitating stroke.

“I was completely bedridden for several months,” Moesha shared. “I couldn’t walk, talk, or do anything. By God’s grace, I am better now. I can speak, though it’s still difficult. Unfortunately, half of my body is paralyzed—one leg and one hand are not functioning. I can’t type on my phone anymore; I can only talk on it.”

Despite her challenges, Moesha remains optimistic. “I know God will heal me, and I will become a global superstar,” she added.

Earlier this year, in January, Moesha’s brother, Ebito, set up a GoFundMe campaign with a goal of $10,000 to support her recovery. He confirmed that Moesha had suffered a life-altering stroke, which severely impacted her mobility, speech, and overall quality of life.

As of the time of this publication, the GoFundMe account titled “Donate to Help Moesha Buduong” has raised $6,318 from 113 donations, out of its $10,000 target. The exact cause of Moesha’s stroke has not yet been disclosed.
