A man who allegedly fought someone he suspected was dating his ex-wife has been arrested for murder.
A police press release copied to the Ghana News Agency, said Malcom Fraizer, also known as Nii Djan, was arrested on July 1, 2025, for the murder of a man following a violent altercation in Accra.
The arrest was based on intelligence from the National Operations Directorate (NOD) Intelligence Unit, which traced the suspect’s hideout after a video of the incident surfaced online.
Police investigations revealed that the confrontation occurred on April 1, 2025.
“During interrogation, the suspect admitted to engaging the deceased in a physical confrontation after learning that the victim was allegedly dating his ex-wife,” the statement said.
Fraizer remains in police custody, assisting with ongoing investigations.
