Large crowd at Zurak Park for the NDC’s final rally before the elections on December 7

Before Saturday’s general elections, the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) is having its last rally today, Thursday, December 5, at Zurak Park in Madina, Greater Accra Region, which is expected to gather a sizable crowd.

This is the party’s final chance to ask Ghanaians for their support in order to win back power on December 7.

Former President John Mahama, the NDC’s flagbearer for the 2024 election, is leading the gathering. Prominent members of the party, including national executives and regional leaders, are also anticipated to speak to the audience.
Ahead of the gathering, vendors at the location have capitalized on the high attendance by offering party merch to fervent fans.

As party supporters from all over the nation assemble to support Mr. Mahama’s attempt to regain the presidency, the enthusiasm at Zurak Park is a reflection of the NDC’s vigorous campaign efforts.
With the elections just a few days away, the NDC is doing everything in its power to get Ghanaians to vote for the party in order to accomplish what it calls “resetting Ghana.”
