Ghanaian musician and politician Kwame Asare Obeng, popularly known as Kwame A Plus, has disclosed a conversation with Reverend Isaac Owusu-Bempah, leader of the Glorious Word Power Ministry International, about the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
According to A Plus, he advised the clergyman against aligning with the NPP, believing the party was not the right choice for him. However, Owusu-Bempah disregarded his warning and continued to support the party.
“I told him the NPP wasn’t good for him to follow, but he didn’t listen,” A Plus stated. “What’s happening to him now is God’s punishment.”
A Plus further claimed that Owusu-Bempah had a change of heart after he was arrested and remanded in police custody.
“The truth is, Rev. Owusu-Bempah is my big brother, but I warned him against these people. He sat me down and lectured me about how they were the best government for the country. But after his arrest, he finally realized the truth. I even wanted to call and congratulate him, saying my prophecy had come to pass,” A Plus said.
He also expressed support for Owusu-Bempah’s recent prophecy predicting that National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer John Dramani Mahama will win the December 7 elections.
So this A Plus wants to tell us that Owusu Bempag aligned himself with NPP so he has a free card to do what he wants? They are all shifting camps because they know NPP is about to go opposition.
