In a candid 2019 interview with Delay, Kumawood actor Kwaku Manu admitted to cheating on his wife multiple times, asserting that men are “naturally built” to be unfaithful.
During the interview, Kwaku Manu openly discussed his infidelity, claiming that there is nothing wrong with a man cheating on his partner. He argued that it is challenging for men to remain faithful, stating that “9 out of 10 men are unfaithful in their relationships.”
“I cheated on my wife multiple times and I am not scared to admit it. The last time I cheated on her was two years ago, that’s all I can say. I can’t spill all my escapades here, there’s no need. Cheating on my wife isn’t a bad thing, that’s how men are built. The truth is bitter and we don’t want to admit it,” the actor said.
Kwaku Manu further emphasized the temptations men face, drawing a comparison to angels who, according to him, succumbed to temptation when sent to earth. “As men, the temptations we face are not easy, it can get really crazy. Even angels couldn’t stand the temptation. God sent 200 angels to earth on a mission, and when they met the women here, none of them went back, they succumbed to these women,” he remarked.
When asked if his wife was aware of his actions, Kwaku Manu confirmed that she knew, stating, “She knows, I opened up to her about it.”
