Krachi East MP supports Dambai College of Education’s international research conference

Mr. Nelson Kofi Djabab, Member of Parliament (MP) of Krachi East constituency, has expressed his commitment to education in the Municipality by supporting the Dambai College of Education’s (DACE) upcoming 2025 annual international research conference with 259 branded bags.

The conference, which would bring together scholars and researchers from across the globe, will provide a platform for the sharing of knowledge and ideas that can contribute to the development of the region.

The MP has also successfully lobbied for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) equipment for Oti Senior High Technical School (OSTECH).

Through the MP’s efforts, Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communications (GIFEC), has installed over 40 desktop computers in the area school’s computer laboratory, transforming the previously vacant space.

In addition, the MP has also donated a projector, a router and printer to further enhance teaching and learning in the school.

Speaking to the Ghana News Agency (GNA), he explained that the initiative aimed to equip students with practical skills in ICT, aligning with the government’s commitment to quality education.

Dr (Mrs) Benedicta Awusi Atiku, principal of DACE has extended appreciation to the MP for his generous support and donation to promote education and human capital development.

However, the staff and management of OSTECH also commended the MP for his support and expressed their gratitude for his commitment to education in the constituency.
