The Ghana Police Service has expressed gratitude to the general public and demonstrators for their cooperation and patience during the National Democratic Congress’s (NDC) “Enough is Enough” demonstration.
ACP Grace Ansah Akrofi, Director of Public Affairs, praised the peaceful nature of the demonstration, which took place across all 16 regions. “We appreciate the understanding and cooperation of all Ghanaians, particularly those affected by traffic disruptions,” she said.
While acknowledging a minor incident in Kumasi, Ashanti Region, ACP Akrofi emphasized the overall success of the police administration in maintaining peace and order. “This demonstration showcases the professionalism of our officers and the importance of collaboration between law enforcement and the public.”
