Four masked assailants, armed with heavy firearms, targeted a man sitting in a red Toyota Corolla parked near the busy market.

According to JoyNews, the victim, who was a customer at a jewelry store in Accra, was robbed of more than GHS 6 million.
Witnesses said the robbers approached the vehicle with guns raised, then quickly fired several warning shots into the air to disperse the crowd.

Buyers and sellers took cover, hiding behind market stalls and fleeing as gunfire rang out in the area.
The thieves forced their way into the Toyota and took large bags of cash.
Amidst gunshots in the air, they quickly loaded their bags into their getaway vehicle and drove away.
