Crystal Palace Strengthen Attack: Ismaila Sarr Joins from Marseille

Crystal Palace have strengthened their attacking options with the signing of Senegalese international winger Ismaila Sarr from Marseille. The 26-year-old joins the Eagles on a five-year contract, reportedly worth £12.5 million.

Sarr’s arrival at Selhurst Park fills the void left by Michael Olise’s departure to Bayern Munich earlier in the transfer window. The winger’s experience in the Premier League, gained during his previous stint with Watford, makes him an attractive addition to Oliver Glasner’s squad.

Glasner expressed his delight at securing Sarr’s services, highlighting his ability to score goals and create chances for his teammates. “Ismaila is a talented player who will bring a new dimension to our attack,” the head coach said. “His experience in the Premier League and international football will be invaluable to us.”

Sarr, who has earned 48 caps for Senegal, is eager to make an impact at Crystal Palace. “I’m excited to join this great club and work hard for the team and fans,” he said. “I’m looking forward to contributing to the team’s success and helping us achieve our goals.”

The signing of Sarr is a significant boost to Crystal Palace’s attacking ranks, and fans will be eager to see him in action when the new season kicks off.
