Fabian Hurzeler, the 31-year-old manager of Brighton & Hove Albion, has become the youngest ever recipient of the Premier League Manager of the Month award. He achieved this feat in his debut month in charge, leading Brighton to an unbeaten start in the league.

Hurzeler’s team secured seven points from their first three games, with impressive wins over Everton and Manchester United, followed by a draw against Arsenal. He was selected as the winner through a combination of public votes and expert panel opinions.
The German manager expressed his gratitude, acknowledging the collective effort of his staff, players, and the entire club. “It’s not only my work, but the work from the whole club… I’m very grateful for having these people around me,” he said.
Hurzeler beat out notable nominees Pep Guardiola and Arne Slot, whose teams have also made strong starts to the season. He is now focused on building on this success, stating, “In the end, it’s our togetherness that has won this trophy. I’m really happy, and now it’s about winning the next trophy.”
