Bonwirehene Endorses Alan Kyerematen as ‘Future President

Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen, the independent presidential candidate, has received a major endorsement from Bonwirehene Nana Bobie Ansah II, who referred to him as the “future president of the Republic of Ghana.” This statement was made during Kyerematen’s visit to the Bonwirehene’s palace in the Ashanti Region on October 3, 2024.

Nana Bobie Ansah II expressed his confidence in Kyerematen’s ability to manage the country’s affairs, particularly the economy, citing his impressive track record as Minister of Trade under the Kuffour administration. He highlighted Kyerematen’s Presidential Special Initiative (PSI), which prioritized local industry to boost the economy. The Chief noted that during Kyerematen’s tenure, Ghana experienced significant economic growth, with banks even competing to offer loans to individuals.

Nana Bobie Ansah II urged Ghanaians to vote for Kyerematen in the December 7 polls, emphasizing that he is a witness to Kyerematen’s capabilities. This endorsement comes on the heels of Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II’s support for Kyerematen’s Great Transformational Plan (GTP) as the solution to Ghana’s problems.

Kyerematen is currently on a 19-day campaign tour in the Ashanti Region, promoting his vision for Ghana’s transformation. His GTP aims to build a prosperous, united, and peaceful Ghana, providing equal opportunities for all citizens. With influential leaders like Nana Bobie Ansah II and Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II backing him, Kyerematen’s chances in the upcoming election are looking brighter.
