Comedian and actor Bismark The Joke has responded to allegations made by his colleague, Benson Nana Yaw Oduro, popularly known as Funny Face, accusing him of having an affair with Funny Face’s partner.

The accusations, which have recently drawn attention, are part of a series of claims Funny Face has made against several entertainers, alleging involvement with his “baby mama.”

In a statement on Facebook today [Thursday, September 12, 2024], Bismark The Joke, who once starred alongside Funny Face in the hit series Chorkor Trotro, described the allegations as “unfounded and speculative.” Initially, Bismark chose not to respond, citing his colleague’s “mental health challenges.”

“Out of respect for his situation, I refrained from engaging in what I believed was a personal matter that did not warrant public attention. However, it has now become necessary for me to issue this statement,” Bismark explained.

He further noted that the continued spread of the false accusations had significantly damaged his reputation, affecting his family, friends, and business partners.

“The continued circulation of these false claims has caused significant harm to my reputation, both personally and professionally,” Bismark added.

He denied any involvement with Funny Face’s partner, reaffirming his commitment to maintaining professionalism and integrity. Bismark urged the public to support and pray for Funny Face as he navigates his personal struggles while emphasizing that his focus remains on promoting peace and well-being within the industry.
