Apple Music has released its list of the most-streamed Nigerian songs, albums, and artistes in celebration of Nigeria’s 64th Independence Day. Under the theme Oshe Naija, the platform highlighted the global influence of Nigerian music and its vibrant cultural diversity.

Leading the list of the most-streamed artistes is Burna Boy, followed closely by Wizkid and Davido. Wizkid’s 2020 album Made In Lagos holds the title of the most-streamed Nigerian album, while Rema’s Calm Down remix featuring Selena Gomez is recognized as the most-streamed Nigerian song of all time on Apple Music.

Apple Music’s Oshe Naija also celebrates the rich musical diversity of the country, with contributions from regions ranging from the bustling streets of Lagos to the lush landscapes of Taraba. The platform praised the unique sounds and artistic expressions that continue to make Nigerian music a global phenomenon.
