In a heartwarming display of community spirit, the District Chief Executive (DCE) of Amansie South in the Ashanti Region, Lawyer Clement Opoku Gyamfi surprised 1,820 students who sat for the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) with a sweet treat.
