All Nations Charity Home, an orphanage located at Ayigya in the Oforikrom Municipality, has received food items and other essentials to support the welfare of the children under its care.
The donation was made by the ‘Nipa Nti Na Nipa Woho’ Fun Club, in collaboration with the Amagashie Spiritual and Herbal Healing Centre, and Nana Kwaku Agyare II, Chief of the Asante community in Germany.
Items presented included bags of rice, sugar, cooking oil, cartons of assorted drinks, canned sardines, toiletries, and other essential consumables. An undisclosed amount of money was also given to support ongoing projects at the facility.
Dr. Amagashie, Chief Executive Officer of the Amagashie Spiritual and Herbal Healing Centre, said the gesture was an act of love and compassion in line with God’s command to care for the vulnerable.
“This is our way of reaching out to those in need. These children need our love—not just in words, but in action,” he stated, urging Ghanaians, especially those financially capable, to support the less privileged.
He further called on traditional leaders, corporate executives, and influential individuals to prioritize charitable initiatives across the country.
Members of the Fun Club, known for their humanitarian motto, said the club was founded not only for social connection but to impact lives positively through community support.
Reverend Father Philip Kwasi Nyamekye, Founder of All Nations Charity Home, received the items and expressed gratitude to the donors.
“This donation brings not only material support but emotional encouragement. It reminds us that we are not alone, and that kind-hearted people are thinking about these children,” he said.
He noted that the home faces constant challenges with food, healthcare, and education, and called on individuals, churches, and organisations to emulate the donors’ example.
All Nations Charity Home continues to serve as a refuge for abandoned and orphaned children in Oforikrom and the Asokore Mampong enclave, providing shelter, education, and a nurturing environment.
