Rapper Okyeame Kwame of Ghana has questioned the standards employed in the creation of the most current Graphic Showbiz list of the best rappers in Ghana.

The “Best Rapper Alive,” who came in third on the list, remarked in an interview with the media that anyone creating a list like that without include EL, Edem, and Flowking Stone might not have consulted rappers in their study.

“What standards did Graphic Showbiz apply when creating the list? Since RAP stands for “Rhythmic African Poetry,” did they search for the poetry, the rhythm, or the “Africanness”? Did they make use of influence or popularity? Or does it depend on your ability to rap well? Since I didn’t understand why EL, Flowking Stone, and Edem Goget’em weren’t on the list when I first saw it. This is what kind of list? We discuss the greatest rappers in Ghanaian history; these three individuals are indispensible,” he remarked.

Sarkodie, Obrafour, Okyeame Kwame, Okomfour Kwadee, Lord Kenya, Manifest, Tinny, Reggie Rockstone, Strongman, Eno Barony, Guru, Kojo Cue, Cabum, and Amerado are the names of the Graphic Showbiz stars ranked in descending order.
