Olympique Lyonnais is pleased to announce the permanent signing of Ghanaian winger Ernest Nuamah from Molenbeek on a four-year contract. The deal, worth €28.5 million, solidifies Nuamah’s position at the club after a successful loan spell last season.

Ernest Nuamah, known for his pace and goal-scoring ability, impressed during his time at Nordsjaelland in Denmark, scoring 20 goals in 49 appearances. His performances caught the attention of Olympique Lyonnais, who initially signed him on loan. Now, the club has secured his services on a permanent basis.

The 24-year-old winger made 33 appearances for Olympique Lyonnais last season, scoring three goals and providing two assists. His dynamic play and speed on the field made him a valuable asset to the team.

Nuamah will resume training with the team on Monday, July 8, and is expected to play a key role in the upcoming season.
