Pentecost International Worship Centre inaugurated at Tuba

The Church of Pentecost (CoP) has inaugurated the Pentecost International Worship Centre (PIWC), Mountain View, at Tuba in the Kasoa Area.
The new centre is expected to serve as a hub of vibrant evangelism and excellence, winning souls and promoting community transformation through Godly values.
Speaking at the inauguration in Accra, Apostle James Kwabena Asare, Kasoa Area Head of the CoP, emphasised the importance of positioning the church to reflect spiritual excellence and social relevance.
“The PIWC must have very good protocol, music, security, a beautiful environment, and a higher level of faith among members. When we begin to position ourselves in that dimension, we are creating an ever-growing class,” he said.
Formerly the Mountain View Worship Centre, the newly elevated PIWC aims to reflect the core identity of the PIWC brand, which is widely associated with attracting professionals and the elite in society.

Felix Amartey, Member of Parliament for Ngleshie-Amanfrom, praised the church’s leadership for their vision and perseverance, calling the inauguration a symbol of faith and community progress.
“Your success is a beacon of hope for our entire community. It reminds us that with faith and purpose, we can overcome challenges and rise to greater heights.
“I encourage the church to continue being a moral light not only to the congregation but to the entire constituency,” he stated.
He also expressed appreciation for the church’s spiritual support, which he credited as key to his electoral success in the 2024 general elections.
Rev. Isaac Ayisi-Kumi, a former Resident Pastor of the centre, reflected on the journey with gratitude and faith, saying: “We were like a Macedonian church—we didn’t have any wealthy members—but people gave sacrificially. “
“Today is the fulfillment of a vision and a dream we held on to. We give all glory to God,” he said.
