His Spiritual Holiness Sheikh Alhaji Abdulai Maikano Jalloo, President of the Tijania Muslim Council, has expressed deep gratitude to the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia government for spearheading developmental projects in Prang and its environs. He described the NPP as a development-conscious party deserving of Ghanaians’ support.

During a courtesy call by Hon. Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, NPP Vice Presidential Candidate, and his entourage, Khalifatul-Akbar praised the NPP for bringing development to Prang, neglected by previous governments. He credited the current MP and former DCE, Hon. Stephen Jalulah, for championing these projects.

The Spiritual Leader eulogized Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, describing him as a source of pride for the Muslim community and Ghanaians. He offered special prayers and prophetic declarations for Dr. Bawumia and Dr. Prempeh, predicting their victory in the 2024 elections.

Dr. Prempeh thanked Khalifa for his support and highlighted the historical role of Muslims in the formation of the UP tradition. He assured the Muslim community that the next NPP government under H.E Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia will deepen religious tolerance and harmony in the country.
