On Sunday, September 8, 2024, celebrated Ghanaian gospel musician and police officer ACP Kofi Sarpong officially launched his latest venture, KOFSARP Collections, marking his entry into the fashion industry. The grand unveiling took place at the brand’s newly opened store in Kokomlemle, Accra.

Speaking to the media at the event, Kofi Sarpong expressed his excitement, saying, “I am now a musician, a police officer, and a clothes seller. Everyone is invited to come and shop.”

With this new venture, Kofi Sarpong joins the ranks of Ghanaian celebrities such as designer Elikem Kumordzie and actor Kofi Okyere Darko, who have made successful forays into fashion. Known for his distinctive style, Sarpong’s KOFSARP Collections is anticipated to make a lasting impact on Ghana’s fashion scene.

Kofi Sarpong made his debut in gospel music in 2010 with the award-winning album Sacrifice. He has since released several hit songs, including “African Borborbor” featuring Joyce Blessing, and continues to be a prominent figure in both the music and fashion industries.
