The New Patriotic Party (NPP) supporters in the Bekwai constituency of the Ashanti Region have set an ambitious target of securing over 85% of total votes in the upcoming December elections. This goal is part of the party’s broader objective of achieving 85% of votes from the Ashanti Region, as announced by Dr. Mathew Opoku Prempeh during their campaigns.
Lawyer Ralph Poku-Adusei, the NPP Parliamentary Candidate for Bekwai, expressed confidence in exceeding this target through vigorous campaigning. He urged NPP supporters who have defected to an independent candidate to return to the party and join forces for a resounding victory.
Poku-Adusei boasted that the NPP will “put people to shame” by claiming victory overwhelmingly in the December polls. The Bekwai NPP supporters are determined to work hard to achieve this goal and make their constituency a stronghold for the party.
