National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer John Mahama is advocating for a more efficient method of sending local talent overseas.

He feels that there is a lot to be desired in the way that professionals are currently leaving the country because of the state of the economy.

At the party’s Accra town hall gathering, he said these things.

Although he acknowledged the significance of migration, he stated that he wished for a more structured procedure that guarantees a more efficient exchange of assets.

“Migration of professionals is not inherently a bad thing, it must happen in an organised manner,” he stated on Monday.

In his opinion, the government ought to communicate with foreign nations that require surplus labor on a temporary basis.
According to the former President, this strategy will guarantee that Ghanaians enrolled in these programs return with enhanced knowledge and expertise.
