According to Kwabena Asamoah, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Microfinance and Small Loans Center (MASLOC), failing to support Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) flag-bearer, in the 2024 elections would be a disappointment to every Ghanaian youth. Asamoah, also known as Obidombie, emphasized that the NPP has consistently implemented policies and initiatives that benefit the growth and development of Ghana’s youth.
He noted that Dr. Bawumia has even greater plans for the youth, making it essential to elect him as the next president. Asamoah urged the youth, particularly those in the NPP, to actively campaign and share the party’s achievements with the public to secure a win.
Asamoah made these comments during an interview with Angel News after attending the inauguration of the Crusaders Invasion 2024, a new NPP youth group, at the Kumasi Technical University (KsTU). He also attended the Induction Ceremony for new leaders and Alumni Homecoming programme of TESCON at the Mampong campus of Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development (AAMUSTED).
Asamoah has been encouraging NPP youth to campaign vigorously to protect the country’s development progress and prevent any potential setbacks.
